About The Role As Prince2 Trainer, you will be based around the London Area and be qualified to deliver PRINCE2 courses to both the public and private sector. With excellent working knowledge of Project Management in IT and/or business environments you will have a passion, hunger and thirst to deliver quality training to the market. You will have proven customer facing, interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to work independently. DEVELOPMENT & TRAINING PROVIDED leading towards further qualifications around PMI, APMP, M_o_R About The Person * To generate revenue by undertaking lecturing, consulting and other chargeable work activities as appropriate. * To achieve the required quality targets as set by the Company and determined by delegate evaluations. * To take responsibility for developing and maintaining agreed courses. * To maintain an up-to-date skills base through personal development and accreditation activities. * To complete professional certifications as appropriate. * To support Sales and other internal departments with specialist advice and support on an ad hoc basis as required. Your Skills & Experience * Accredited PRINCE2 Trainer * Experience of delivering PRINCE2 courses to both the public and private sectors * London Based, but willing to travel nationwide/worldwide * Verifiable track record of delivering above national average exam pass rates * Verifiable track record of receiving excellent delegate feedback * Proven experience of client engagements as subject matter expertise * Excellent working knowledge of Project Management * Excellent working knowledge of IT and/or business environments * Ability to engage delegates and effectively deliver course content * Excellent customer facing, presentation, interpersonal and communication * skills, with an ability to share expertise and experience with others * Ability to work in fast changing environments with a degree of ambiguity * Ability to plan and deliver against set targets * Ability to work independently and within timescales agreed by the Management of PBP Logistically you must be able to travel and train in different locations and hold a current Driving License.
