The focus of your role Executive Assistant to give full support to 5-6 VPs within our Consulting business, Capgemini Invent. What you'll do Full support to Capgemini Invent VPs including: Comprehensive and proactive diary management to ensure productive time usage and potential. This will include regular scheduling of meetings, accommodating multiple diaries across different time zones Monitoring and organisation of client and internal meetings and conference calls Itinerary planning to ensure seamless logistics of meetings and travel Co-ordinating visa applications and other related travel documents Proactive handling of inboxes/voice mail Monitoring and entering of expenses, timesheets and invoices using online systems Producing documents and presentations using Word, Excel and PowerPoint Set up and maintenance of internal distribution and contact lists within the division Liaison with clients and staff on behalf of the Vice Presidents Assisting other PAs if and when necessary to include holiday cover. General administration duties What you'll bring Excellent organisational skills, both of self and Vice Presidents. Relationship management at senior level including building good networks Excellent communications skills.
