Business Title: Senior Project Manager Auto req ID: 9684BR Regular / Temporary:: Regular Country: United Kingdom Overall Job Summary: Job Profile A full time and demanding project support position where previous experience of multiple line project management is advantageous. Based at on-site at the client, (and in studio when required) the successful candidate will work within the client's office alongside an established Schawk Account Manager to provide project support and manage the client's highly professional packaging team. It would be preferable if the applicant already had either the retail / FMCG markets or print / packaging experience. This demanding role requires an individual with impeccable organisation, presentation and communication skills who can illustrate their experience in multitasking and administrative 'cradle to grave project management'. Building and sustaining a strong relationship with the Packaging Development team for New Generation Products such as Vype, Glo, iFuse brands. Working closely with Packaging Manager, Head of Packaging, Senior Packaging Development Manager and Brand Marketing team. Job Responsibilities: Main responsibilities * The main point of contact for the organisational and administration of artwork requirements for Vype, Glo and iFuse brands. * Attend Kick-off & start-up meetings as required to understand the artwork brief and handover of Master files. * Liaising with the BAT Packaging Manager and Schawk Account manager responsible for booking in new lines and coordinating the studio for the creation and upload of artworks. * Main point of contact for the BAT end markets responsible for coordinating requirements to artwork and answering queries raised. * Coordinate the delivery of artwork utilising BAT's eGraphics and Blue systems alongside Schawk's Encore MIS. * Managing the BLUE Task List to ensure all notifications are cleared/worked on * Daily support to packaging team at BAT, making sure all deadlines are met on time and providing an immediate consultation on any day to day challenges. * Daily meetings with various Project or Brand Managers and discussing upcoming or existing projects for various markets and discussing any daily challenges and changes. * Monitoring and ensuring all POs are raised before each project and payments are paid in a timely manner. * Maintaining up to date knowledge of latest packaging developments and communicating findings with each team in person. * Forecasting future projects alongside with Packaging Manager Jack Murphy. * Providing a weekly volume to the studio for all work in progress. * Holding monthly meetings with Schawk and BAT. * Have weekly tracker meetings with the Account Manager so they receive an update of all lines progressing through the studio and can relay to the client. * Working closely with Visualization Manager Adam Lovick to develop more business for renders within BAT. * Chase and take ownership for ensuring your tasks are completed through the MIS workflow on time and as planned. Prioritise and communicate back to on-site Account Managers and client's key stakeholders. * Liaise with the client's internal and external parties via telephone and email. Ensure that client expectations are always managed and escalate issues as soon as they arise in the appropriate manner to Account Manager. * Having been briefed by the on-site Account Manager, responsibly prioritise workload and effectively manage time in order to ensure that all deadlines are adhered to * Keep all administrative duties up-to-date and ensure these are completed on time * To have a clear understanding of all internal procedures relating to Schawk and ensure all work is carried out within the client process. * Act as an ambassador for Schawk, develop and maintain client relationships with key category contacts, Design team, Internal Studio teams, printers and suppliers * Take ownership for recording receipt and dispatch of all Colour Management related proofs, ensuring visibility is maintained at all times * Take ownership for daily dispatch and courier related task as requested * Take ownership of on-site proofing requirements ensuring client sign off and dispatch Team and Client Behaviours * Be a positive and supportive calming member of the team and maintain a professional attitude at all times. * Be able to closely support the on-site Account Managers and Internal Studio teams, building strong relationships with all cross-site teams. * Act as an ambassador for Schawk, develop and maintain good client relationships with the client's key stakeholders: Category teams, Design team, printers and suppliers * Raise any issues whether client, production or team related, to the Account Manager to address issue and resolve accordingly. * Buddy team members during peak volume periods as work fluctuates and for holiday and sickness.
