About our client This award-winning full-service agency based in central Birmingham is looking for a social superstar to join it's growing team. We I love working with this business, they have a fantastic culture with a flexible approach and are a hugely talented team of creative individuals who work collaboratively to create and deliver award winning campaigns for their client base. They work in true partnership with their clients to really get under the skin of their business, their values and what they want to achieve to allow them to come up with campaigns that exceed expectations. They are a team of around ten people, close knit and collaborative, with an approach that has both creativity and client service at its core. About the role This role will see you as the agency's social media lead, you'll be working on B2B and consumer focused integrated campaigns with your fab colleagues and will act as the go-to person for all things social. You'll be coming up with social media campaigns that create conversations and engage with your clients' customer bases and will be both strategic and tactical in this position; playing a key part in coming up with creative ideas, pitching ideas to clients, working to create social media campaign plans and content calendars, creating engaging and compelling social content, community management and analysing and improving the effectiveness of campaigns across all platforms. As well as being responsible for the agency's clients' social media you'll also be able to have some fun managing the agency's own social platforms. There is loads of exciting stuff to work on within this role and you'll see great results off the back of your work. Who we're looking for This agency needs a Social Media Manager who really knows their stuff. They're looking for a candidate with an agency background, used to managing multiple clients across a variety of sectors and someone who is super creative in their approach. You need to be confident creating social strategy across all platforms as part of broader marketing campaigns and keen to manage your ideas through to delivery. Within this position you'll have lots of freedom and autonomy but you'll also have the support of a brilliant team of directors, creatives and techies who you'll be working really closely with day to day.
