As Scaling and Development Director for the Health Research Ecosystem program, you will be responsible for driving site value and buy-in of HRE solutions in your region and assuring ongoing customer success with HRE technology used. Healthcare institutions conducting research are leveraging technology to drive more financial value - revenue and profit - from research, including reaching across care settings and reducing burden. The goal of IQVIA's Health Research Ecosystem program is to establish a technology-enabled global network of sites leveraging the health IT infrastructure to optimize clinical trials. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Define, plan, and execute site scaling strategy for your region: * Build and maintain HRE scaling roadmap * Serve as deep subject matter expert on the HRE technology and data impact on research and clinical workflows, plus the operational implications for deploying technology. Includes understanding both R&DS and RWAS use cases. * Run pilot projects with technology partners or internal solution product owners to assess solution fit within the HRE program. * Drive the end-to-end engagement process with internal IQVIA stakeholders, Prime Sites decision-makers and third-party vendors, from initial contact to qualification to solution co-development to negotiation and contracting to on-site implementation, operationalization and measurement of success. * Develop messaging / pitch elements and materials (e,g, decks, videos, scripts, playbook) to communicate the value proposition of HRE tech and associated data to sites; coordinate with Marketing and D&DI GTM staff where applicable. * Develop strong relationships with site resources, including study coordinators, primary investigators, IT leaders and other executives. * Present HRE to key site resources, working closely with Prime Site Managers, and other colleagues focused on successful site relationships. * Gain buy-in from sites to pilot and ultimately deploy broadly, IQVIA's HRE solutions, working closely with Prime Site Managers, and other colleagues focused on successful site relationships. * Inform appropriate stakeholders on status and ongoing HRE activity with sites. * For sites where agreement to implement HRE tech is imminent, onboard Operational Deployment resources and Tech vendor resources and assure a smooth hand off as you transition to more of a customer success / advocate role. * Help research teams at provider institutions to evolve their data and technology strategy for. Assure ongoing customer success for Sites where HRE tech and data enablement solutions are deployed: * Develop customer success criteria and measures for sites agreeing to deploy and use HRE technology solutions, working closely with Operational Deployment colleagues in conjunction with related proof points development. * Own customer success for sites where HRE solutions are deployed. * Drive ongoing adoption of HRE solutions. * Champion ongoing HRE technology requirements for your regional sites. * Liaise with KOLs and site therapeutic teams where needed to assure site and HRE program success. Contribute to overall HRE program and D&DI success * Support business case development activities * Deliver regular program status reports * Support program strategy development and planning KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: * Deep knowledge of clinical study workflows, site roles (research-focused), goals, and common challenges. * High-level understanding of technology, data science and/or machine learning concepts, with the ability to convey to non-technical audiences * Strong written and verbal communication skills, including good command of the English language * Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics, with good judgment and ability to manage competing priorities * Experience presenting to varying levels of leadership, with excellent fluency in PowerPoint to support presentation needs * Ability to convey messaging, including value proposition to win and influence sites * Situational management and communication * Mastery of good habits of a manager: ability to self- direct, persevere, manage efficient meetings, communicate at the right time / right amount * Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and business stakeholders * Understanding of the fundamentals of software development processes and procedures, including agile approach * Ability to support business case activities as it relates to scaling site and TA footprint
