Job Description

Essential Duties and responsibilities: Design and execution of EMEA annual training plans, based on business goals and corporate guidelines (needs analysis, plan design and execution, budget management , effectiveness assessment) Overall responsibility for training plans execution in EMEA region, end-to-end Implementation of global TMOD processes and programs Delivering trainings and facilitating sessions for managers and employees Support roll out of regional leadership development programs Maintain and enhance Internal Communication platforms Implementation of regional Diversity & Inclusion program Monitor Learning & Development programs effectiveness, and continuously act to enhance it Keep training records and metrics Qualifications and skills: BA in relevant degree, Masters- an advantage 3-5 years of experience in Learning& Development positions within global organizations (tech organizations- an advantage) Experience in delivering HR training and group facilitation Team player Hands on End to end execution abilities Autonomy , Agility
