About The Role As Lead IT Trainer you will have a proven track record and experience to design and deliver bespoke/tailored learning events, end user communications and support materials for IT technology change programmes to agreed timeframes that meet customer expectations. You will be client focused and enjoy delivering high quality end user desktop applications training and floor walking support. About The Person * Design, develop and maintain bespoke/tailored training programmes for projects * Conduct TNA/Skills Audits where required * Work individually or within a team to create, update and modify courseware and trainer support materials to agreed timeframes * Liaise with project team members to collate information for floor walking processes, frequently asked questions, pre and post deployment/migration tasks, end user communications * Develop training material for Train the Trainer sessions and induct training team members on projects * Deliver end user training and desk side support when development work is not available * To consistently deliver a high degree of customer satisfaction and to follow all the company's procedures and processes * Constantly update and maintain own delivery and application skills to meet the market demand Skills & Experience Required * Excellent customer facing, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to share expertise with others * Be able to maintain an atmosphere conducive to learning with mixed ability groups * Excellent written skills * Scoping and development of course outlines * Courseware development of hand-outs/quick reference guides * Scoping and development of end user communications * Understanding full training cycle from needs analysis to post training analysis * Team player who can also adapt to working solo for long periods * Commercial application of IT expertise in the 'real world' * Possessing excellent leadership qualities, you will have entrepreneurial spirit, along with a professional and productive approach.
