Qualifications / Requirements: * Strong problem-solving skills; strong ability to proactively identify and implement effective solutions. * Proficient Computer Management Software skills (e.g. MS Office-Excel, Word, Outlook) * Ability to manage a large team * Ability to build new relationships and nurture existing relationships with internal and external clients. * Ability to influence decisions at all levels; good negotiation skills. * Ability to work well in a team environment, to handle a heavy workload, to prioritize work, and to meet assigned deadlines. * Ability to develop a collaborative relationship with key partners in other areas of the organization. * Ability and willingness to work with people of all levels.
