As part of PwC response to the impending cessation of LIBOR, we are seeking a LIBOR transition specialist to join our Financial Services Consulting team as the Senior Associate to help our clients ensure a successful migration from LIBOR. As a Senior Associate, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues in the LIBOR transition programs of financial institutions. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Assist clients in executing their LIBOR program by supporting their program management office and key workstreams, which will include: * Tracking project plan to monitor progress and changes in the program * Monitoring program risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies * Preparing materials for relevant program governance forums * Drafting and presenting updates to stakeholders and other members of senior management teams that identify progress and salient issues * Work with leads of complex programs, and effectively deploy change on priority programs to ensure the project aligns with global and local strategies of clients * Provide support in resolving complex operational, organisation and technical issues in the program and propose appropriate solutions across various key areas, such as: * Managing financial exposures and introducing new products * Client outreach * Contract remediation * Operations and technology enhancements * Establish strong relationship with client stakeholders across the program * Provide ongoing assistance in PwC's local Hong Kong and Global LIBOR Transition working groupagement team Preferred skills * A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in working as a consultant to businesses at large complex organizations at a Project or Engagement Manager level or above * Strong financial services industry knowledge and understanding of the effects of LIBOR reform on products, services and operations * Demonstrated experience and facilitation skills in managing stakeholder requirements * Excellent communication skills, with ability to engage the business, facilitate meetings and interact with senior stakeholders * Experience in project management and change management is an advantage * Ability to successfully operate in a high pressure environment * Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and proven fast learner * Proficient in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required: Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) Desired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified) Travel Requirements Not Specified Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?
