Senior Account Manager, London. We're currently seeking a Senior Account Manager to join us as we embark on an exciting programme to transform us into a leader in the E/CTRM markets. With recent PE backing, we have a talented team of high-quality and content rich professionals across the business and have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team. The Senior Account Manager will report directly to the Head of Account Management where they will build and maintain trusting and long term relationships with our customers. Working with some of our key customers in the commodity trading industry, the Senior Account Manager will collaborate cross-functionally to develop and manage to execution both follow on and new business opportunities across their portfolio of customers. Key Accountabilities: * Ensure customer satisfaction and develop trusted advisor relationships with an aim to build strong partnerships and strong references for the future. * Through continuous review, ensure optimal value for the customer from our solutions. * Develop strategic account plans across large, medium and small accounts that extend existing relationships and allow identification of new business opportunities. * Drive the use of strategic plans across wider group of Account Managers and act as a point of guidance for peers. * Work closely with team members across the business where appropriate to facilitate successful acceleration of opportunities towards closure. * Conduct regular account meetings either face to face or via the phone/video with customers to confirm ongoing customer account goals and understand the strategic direction that customers will take. * Meet or exceed revenue and profitability goals for customer portfolio through the upsell and cross sell of products plus the sale of additional services including professional services, hosting and development. * Act as primary escalation point for those accounts within their portfolio. * Manage the commercial negotiation of opportunities. * Provide timely feedback to Product teams on any functional product gaps identified within the customer's solution. * Forecast and track account metrics including sales results and customer satisfaction levels. * Ensure that complete customer records are maintained with all relevant data and discussion captured into Salesforce. * Own challenging client requests from the identification of issues through to resolution, where necessary escalate issues to the Head of Account Management Key Skills/Experience: * Proven Account Management background with a consultative / solution sales approach. * Experience of driving change within a customer focused business. * Strong understanding of the drivers behind the relevant markets. * Experience of selling complex software and services. * Extensive exposure to Energy / Commodities businesses. * Understanding of KPIs and their place within a sales environment. * Evidence of prior production of strategic account plans. * Experience of delivering customer focused solutions. * Knowledge of Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools. * Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organisation * Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills. * Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills * Demonstrate strong research skills and successfully translate information gained. * Ability to prioritise customer requirements and recognise strategic advantage. * Strong customer facing presence at all organisational levels. * A passion for working in and developing a culture of collaboration, improvement, knowledge sharing and excellence. * Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed Brady offers: * Great compensation and benefits * Flexible working hours * Professional Development opportunities * A positive culture with free fruit, snacks, drinks and social events *Brady collects and processes personal data relating to its applicants to manage the recruitment process.
