Job Description

We are looking for Quantity Surveyor to join our Infrastructure Services team on our Hinkley Point contract in Bridgwater. Working as a Quantity Surveyor you'll provide commercial support, working closely with the operational teams. You'll find plenty of variety, opportunities for personal development and a constant stream of new challenges; all in a supportive and inclusive environment. You'll: * Carry out Cost and Value management * Assist with preparation, maintenance and agreement of Project accounts * Assist with providing commercial and financial reporting information * Ensure compliance with Skanska standards and procedures in respect of Commercial activities * Carry out subcontractor procurement and management * Assist with control of project documentation * Record and assist with management of change * Adhere to Skanska policies and procedures We're looking for: * A degree/HND or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or relevant subject. * Chartered Status or working towards. * Relevant CSCS card * Commercial experience within the construction industry, Highway Maintenance or Civil Engineering * Skilled negotiator and communicator * Ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders of all levels.
