Job Description

Red Carnation Hotels' Management Programme (MP), allows bright young professionals to immerse themselves in the hotel industry, discover a range of departments and operations and proceed to junior management roles within the company. Over the course of two and a half years, you will experience all aspects of hotel management, from Housekeeping, to Finance, Front of House and Reservations, and eventually select a department that suits you best and take on a management role. The "on the job" training is complemented with a series of training courses, which are tailored to you, to help you develop the managerial skills needed for a managerial position. It is thanks to this great commitment to training and development that Red Carnation Hotels have been awarded the Princess Royal Training Award (2017) for our MP Programme.
