HYPEBEAST is going through a strong period of growth and therefore looking to recruit an experienced Account Coordinator to identify, develop and manage clients. Responsibilities * Maintain effective communication with both internal and external parties throughout the campaigns and make sure each campaigns deliver successfully * Work with Clients and Creative department to collect campaign assets in a timely manner * Schedule and launch digital advertising campaigns in a timely and accurate manner * Optimize campaigns and troubleshoot technical issues, and correctly implement rich media * Liaise with brands for promotion opportunities, coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure excellent execution of campaigns * Bring in digital marketing and social media insights to the team * Administrative support including weekly updates and updating the project management system * Regularly monitor and reconcile campaign delivery across third party ad serving systems * Provide regular reports, and communicate campaign changes in a timely manner * Delivering documents to existing and prospective clients. Agreeing a Scope of Work between internal stakeholders and clients * Coordinate calls with clients and accounts, coordinating teams and sharing agendas * Organize Insertion Orders, proposals, and recaps * Maintain workflows with proposals, including but not limited to comscore runs, filling out relevant documents, providing historical rate information * Prospecting future work from clients and accounts * Work on special projects as needed Requirements * Attention to detail, thorough, accountability, excellent follow-through * Problem solving, analytical skills and resourcefulness * Must demonstrate customer service attitude with both internal and external contacts * Comfortable juggling multiple tasks; ability to prioritize responsibilities; excellent time management; ability to work under tight deadlines and under pressure * Ability to adapt to and operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving team environment * Advertising Operations experience and/or familiarity with Third Party Ad Serving platforms/Rich Media providers (Google Ad Manager) is required * Demonstrable experience of Reporting on campaign performance * Understanding of Sales, Creative and Production processes
