If you're passionate about leading from where you sit, join us! The challenge The Northern Region is the largest region in EMEA, which in turn is the largest region outside of the US. Reporting into the VP, International Marketing, the Senior Marketing Director will be at the heart of building one of Adobe's most important markets that is going through a period of rapid growth. This highly visible role is the most senior marketing leadership position within EMEA and encompasses dual responsibilities: Northern Europe Marketing Leader You will lead the Northern Europe (UK & Ireland, Nordics, Middle East and South Arica) Enterprise Marketing team to develop and execute brand improving and high impact pipeline creation and progression plans. This includes: * Crafting annual strategic and quarterly integrated marketing plans that fully utilize the EMEA COE program and capabilities, and are localised for maximum impact across the Northern European region. * Owing the Adobe Brand equity and pipeline attainment for the Northern European region. * Be the internal champion for local market and customer dynamics. * Work with the Northern Region Managing Director and local sales managers to develop and execute marketing programs that are aligned with our regional sales objectives. * Adapt and execute global and International programs in the Northern region market. EMEA Digital Experience (DX) Centre of Excellence (COE) Leader: You will manage the EMEA DX COE to develop the EMEA marketing strategy, world class capabilities, and regionally relevant programs. Working in partnership with the EMEA Leadership Team, marketing leaders across the globe, and the broader EMEA Field Marketing teams, you are accountable to deliver high quality pipeline with growing efficiency whilst orchestrating and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will directly manage all pan-EMEA marketing functions including: Digital & Web, Campaign Management, Executive Marketing, Partner Marketing, Commercial Marketing and Tele-Qualification teams across all market segments. What you'll do * Manage, develop and retain a team of marketers across Northern Europe and the EMEA COE * Own the development of the Northern Europe enterprise marketing strategy, execution and pipeline attainment * Work with Northern Europe MD and sales teams to understand local market needs and translate them into measurable programs * Develop and operationalize a coordinated EMEA Marketing strategy * Optimize marketing investments across EMEA geographies and functions to deliver balanced short- and long-term outcomes * Represent Northern and EMEA DX COE Digital Experiences marketing results at Quarterly Business Reviews * Contribute to Adobe's marketing impact globally through actively sharing standard methodologies and crafting global requirements What's needed to succeed We need someone that wants to make a difference and be part of a change in our go-to-market approach.
