We currently have two permanent Full Stack Developer positions to join our London office. Reporting into the Business Application Development Lead, the purpose of this role is to contribute to design, implementation, testing and maintenance of in-house built RLAM applications and software systems. Key focus of this role is on delivery of robust solutions while adhering to best development practices and industry standards. Key Accountabilities * Developing, maintaining and supporting RLAM Business systems * Support in-house development applications on the MS .NET and SQL technology stack. * Building out a new RLAM data access layer with input to solution design and defining core approach. Skills and Experience * Strong APIs and architectural design experience, using message queues with .Net Core. * Excellent problem solving and decision making skills * Excellent communication skills with both a technical and non-technical audience * Experience and willingness to learn new software development techniques, technologies and best practices Essential Criteria * Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle * Good understanding of design patterns and best development practices * Practical development experience with Microsoft .NET Framework and C# .NET * Testing Frameworks experience such as MS Test, xUnit * Practical development experience with MS SQL/T-SQL, REST Web API, .NETcore * Working knowledge of ORMs, Entity Framework Desirable Criteria * Experience with ASP.NET, MVC, WebForms * SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, Excel or PowerBI experience * Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF), MVVM * Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) What we offer * We've always been proud to reward employees by offering a number of benefits such as Pensions and Protection, Performance and role-related benefits, Lifestyle and Wellbeing * Our culture comes from within, or to put it another way, it comes from our people.
