Collectives Operations is a small dynamic team which allows all the team to be involved in projects & initiatives, including regulatory & new TA's and fund launches, working closely with areas such as PPMG. The team has recently expanded the scope of the Collectives it's responsible for, including Fixed Income funds and Segregated client mandates. All team members are expected to proactively consider the risks and controls associated with the workflows to support CIS and propose solutions for risk mitigation and efficiency.You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the life-cycle of CIS, from within an Asset Manager (front to back) through to the Transfer Agent and Custodian. Key Work Level Accountabilities Experienced Colleague: * Accountable for providing a quality service or product to customers and stakeholders, using skills/experience built through significant practical experience or training * For team leaders, accountable for ensuring the team the role supports is delivering a quality service or product * Works within established frameworks and procedures, with the freedom to interpret them to solve a range of problems * Delivers outputs that are clearly defined, using discretion over how to achieve them * Makes suggestions for improvements to the work of the team, based on previous experience and knowledge of similar situations Experienced Colleague: * Accountable for providing a quality service or product to customers and stakeholders, using skills/experience built through significant practical experience or training * For team leaders, accountable for ensuring the team the role supports is delivering a quality service or product * Works within established frameworks and procedures, with the freedom to interpret them to solve a range of problems * Delivers outputs that are clearly defined, using discretion over how to achieve them * Makes suggestions for improvements to the work of the team, based on previous experience and knowledge of similar situations Key Responsibilities for this Role Plays a lead role in the co-ordination of all Collective Investment Scheme elements of a project lifecycle through to implementation Supports the change process of Collective Investment Schemes throughout the various stages of development, testing & implementation Document current processes with the ability to make recommended changes based on an analytical review Oversight and exception management across all processes following auto-routed Aladdin CIS orders, to Transfer Agents Placement of CIS orders to facilitate deal execution with Transfer Agents, utilising Aladdin functionality, or alternative manual methods as necessary Confirmation of CIS orders within Aladdin and enable settlement processes to follow Investigation and resolution of deal discrepancies, including monitoring and clearing of reconciliation breaks daily Enable the set-up of new CIS as requested from fund management teams on internal systems and matrices, and externally with Transfer Agents and Custodians Key Knowledge, Skills and Experience * Provide an exceptional level of service to all internal and external stakeholders * Adhere to risk and control framework * Adhere to and review procedures * Ensure all relevant
