Purpose of the Role You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that Partnerize security program is adaptable with the direction of our ever-growing business. You will take a pragmatic approach to Security with a focus on risk mitigation while considering our commercial environment. You will enhance security awareness while delivering solutions that ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of company systems and data. You will be responsible for responding to security RFI/RFPs, winning new business and helping inform potential clients of our security commitment. You will be able to hold your own in a call with some of the biggest enterprise clients in the world, as well as manage onsite audits from our customers. You should have a passion for cybersecurity, system monitoring and analysis, and developing/automating creative solutions. Reporting directly into the Information Security Manager (ISM), your role will be to work directly with the technical teams of Partnerize focusing on compliance and technical solutions to security problems. As an Information Security Analyst at Partnerize, You Will: * Assist ISM with potential/existing client relationships to help progress the sales process * Assist ISM with implementing and maintaining GDPR compliance * Assist ISM with internal and external audits * Assist with the vetting of new and existing vendors * Influence key stakeholders within the business around security concerns in a way that demonstrates the value of risk mitigation * Assist in the management of the Information Security Risk Register, reporting increases in the threat landscape, risk mitigation measures, and risk treatment * Assist ISM in the response to urgent RFI/RFPs * Assist with the implementation of the organisation's security strategy, * Research and recommend security enhancements * Assist with internal Vulnerability Assessments and Penetration Tests * Assist the infrastructure team with monitoring of the organisation's networks and systems for security breaches and intrusions * Help manage major security incidents as well as the supporting procedures * Assist with organising retrospective technical and forensic investigation into the cause of a breach and extent of damage to be presented to management. * Educate the business on wider information security controls through training * Attend security events representing Partnerize, to help to raise our security profile and gain insight into the latest security/industry developments * Advise on changes in software, hardware, access control, communications and requirements relevant to the role * Support plans and protocols to protect digital files and information systems against unauthorised access, modification and/or destruction * Anticipate security alerts, incidents and disasters with the goal of reducing occurrences * Assist in the implementation of network intrusion detection and prevention systems * Assist with the implementation and maintenance of physical security * Assist in the rollout and maintenance of compliance to all security controls * Assist in the certification and maintenance of any security ce
