We are currently looking to recruit an Information Security Analyst into our IT department within our Newcastle upon Tyne Head Office. R eporting directly into the Information Security Manager (ISM), your role will be to work directly with the technical teams, focusing on compliance and technical solutions . Help manage the security of information and IT systems across all LSL businesses, ensuring that policies are documented and communicated to all staff. Assisting the ISM in developing processes and procedures within the I.T. department to ensure that Information security is a central consideration. The holder of the role will be responsible for Information Security governance, risk and compliance activities. You will be involved in all aspects of Information Security, providing security governance on projects, testing security controls, risk management processes and working in partnership with the wider teams and stakeholders. An ability to develop, document and disseminate policies and procedures through training and written communication is essential. A meticulous and tenacious approach to enforcement of Information Security will also be required.
