Description Quantity Surveyor who will be responsible for multiple sites - responsibilities include but not limited to; monthly reporting, payments, budgets and cost control. Join a lively, hard working team. Qualifications / Experiences Residential Developer experience. Proven track record of managing sites. COINS experience desired, but not essential. Skills IT, problem solving, deadline and time management. Microsoft office - specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
