Location: London Requisition: R20706 Senior Manager, Networking Product Readiness (Open) Job Posting Title: Senior Manager, Networking Product Readiness What we're looking for: You are a Senior Manager for Citrix's EMEA Sales Enablement team who will lead the launch of Citrix networking products to the EMEA sales team, ensuring the team has the product skills and knowledge they need to be successful in meeting their sales goals. Additionally, you will partner with EMEA Sales leaders, particularly the Networking Area Vice President, to lead strategic projects to help the organization move the needle on key directives and goals critical to success. What you will be doing: * Own the successful delivery of product releases in EMEA. * Serve as a business partner to the EMEA Networking AVP and overall team, developing deep understanding of their business and needs and leveraging advanced knowledge of Citrix networking products and plans to proactively identify knowledge, skills and collateral needed by the sales team to achieve their Networking sales goals and drive strategic Networking direction. * Partner with Worldwide Sales Enablement counterparts as well as resources in other parts of the company to develop and deliver needed training, communications and collateral. * For EMEA-only needs, act as the lead to develop and deliver training, communications plans/deliverables and collateral to meet their needs ensuring it is complementary to the broader global networking readiness plans. This includes developing, presenting and executing against clear learning objectives and plans to achieve those objectives as part of the global Quarterly Readiness Review process. * Develop close working relationship(s) with product and sales contacts. Reviews business aspects of Go to Market (GTM) and Launch plans. Work across teams to provide feedback or concerns and drive change. * Strive to achieve outstanding results from enablement programs as measured by both seller feedback and, wherever possible, business impact as a result of application of newly learned knowledge and skills. * Work with sales management to drive application and adoption of critical skills. * Actively monitor key business metrics including sales performance metrics and annual Calls to Action, and proactively identify, gain sales management buy-in on and execute plans to improve performance. * Have advanced understanding of both the core and companion product's value propositions and detailed Citrix product sales go-to-market. * Contribute to the overall program definition and execution of the annual EMEA Digital Sales kickoff. Responsibilities may include developing, managing and delivering portions of the agenda, content, and overall event. * Contribute to managing, developing and/or delivering content in support of global events as needed like the annual global field sales and partner kickoff. * Present to Product & Sales management on product topics and independently develop presentations. * Understand collateral by sales stage and influence its development to meet EMEA needs. * Ensure Readiness Consultant processes/services are performed, measured and improved. * Responsible for meeting touch point and data point goals. * Hold regular cadence meeting with Sales Directors, RV and AVPs to ensure alignment. * Improve business performance and works to have a significant impact on the EMEA Geo and EMEA Readiness team's success. Provide root cause analysis on specific business challenges, provides recommendations and executes changes. * Share deep knowledge of Citrix messaging, sales processes and techniques to the EMEA field. * Develop and lead presentations with complex business/implementation topics for executive audiences. * Develop programs, offerings or services to impact revenue and strategic direction to the EMEA Geo. * Interact/Influence with internal teams to further sales initiatives on behalf of EMEA. * Positively influence sales opportunities throughout EMEA. * Own initiatives that have Sales impact across the EMEA. * Can fill-in for EMEA Sales Enablement Senior Director when necessary. * Mentor others within the Worldwide Sales Enablement organization. Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities) * Deep and broad sales and business knowledge and understanding of networking industry. * Deep expertise in selling and positioning networking products, Citrix products preferred. * Strong business strategy consulting skills and experience. * Deep project management experience required. * Strong communication, organizational, planning, leadership and problem solving skills. * Instructional design
