Purpose of Placement We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Legal team and support Bitfury entity in UK as well as affiliates around the globe. Duties and responsibilities * Population, update, organisation, follow-up and maintenance of the Company's data room, documents and other legal information; * Supporting the lawyer and the legal department with respect to the legal issues, transactions and strategies of the Company; * Under review of the lawyer, drafting of legal documents, contracts and other transactions between the Company and any third parties; Qualifications * Law School Students (freshmen); * Fluent written/spoken English; * Outstanding interpersonal and team working skills, positive and proactive personality; * Detail oriented, excellent organisational, prioritisation and time management skills; * Ability of working both independently and with others at all levels of the company.
