Job Description

Ward F22 is a 21 bedded gastrointestinal unit. We are looking for a part time receptionist to join our friendly team. The hours will be 20 hours per week. Monday - Thursday 3pm-7pm and 4 hours on Friday's (start/finish times are flexible). The post holder will be responsible for providing a friendly and efficient service to patients, visitors and professional bodies. Applicants must be confident communicators with the ability to liaise with staff at all levels. Essential qualities include strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure. Applicants should have demonstrable experience of working in a patient orientated environment. Applicants should be experienced in using I.T. systems. Full training will be given to the right candidate on all hospital based systems along with a structured induction.
