Deputy Ward Sister/ Charge Nurse*** Internal Applicants Only***

Ward D8 is a specialist 29 bedded Sub-regional Spinal Ward serving the populations of Nottinghamshire and much of the East Midlands. We care for patients immediately following elective and emergency surgery, spinal trauma and also admit many patients directly from critical care. We are looking for dynamic, forward thinking, self motivated individuals who would like to be part of our developing service and join our committed team in delivering high quality care. You should have excellent interpersonal & communication skills, a passion for the delivery of high quality, compassionate care, and be able to demonstrate the ability to lead change and motivate others. You will be expected to deputise in the absence of the Ward Sister. We can offer you training and development opportunities along with the experience of joining an expanding team and service.
