COVID-19 / Coronavirus COVID-19 is causing a huge shift for many companies, so we want to include a couple lines to describe how Vidsy has adapted. Since early March both our London and New York Teams have been operating fully remote, and we've introduced new tools, software and processes to make this a smooth transition. We'll be a remote Team for the foreseeable as our clients still need our incredible content, so rest assured if you're reading this job ad it's a role we are actively hiring for despite the COVID-19 situation. The Role Vidsy is on the lookout for an Account Director (although known within our structure as a Client Solutions Manager) with the ability to lead client accounts to achieve shared business goals and objectives. You'll be mid-senior level with proven experience managing relationships with enterprise level brands, and within the role shall ensure the successful delivery of social/digital creative for your clients, whilst being responsible for the commercial success of the account. What You'll Be Doing * Developing and managing relationships with a portfolio of Vidsy's key clients. * Partnering with Strategists, Creative Leads and other key stakeholders to deliver best in class social and digital creative. * Coaching clients through the creative process, and creatively solving any problems pertaining to your client's business. * Displaying an instinctive, entrepreneurial spirit to generate new commercial opportunities. Knowledge Required * Extensive, hands-on experience within client management, to include working with multi-faceted, enterprise level brands. * A thorough understanding of the advertising, social and content landscapes. * Deep understanding of how to define and create success for clients and deliver against overall brand objectives. * Experience working alongside multi-disciplined Teams (Creative, Strategy, Operations, etc) and an innate knowledge of when to engage the different disciplines and stakeholders as required. Skills Required * 6+ years (or equivalent) experience within client management, to include exposure to enterprise level brands & accounts. * An ability to understand your clients business, influences and relevant industry trends, and how then Vidsy can then position themselves as a key partner. * An excellent communicator who brings together different disciplines & stakeholders to work effectively, expertly communicating and managing conflict/issues if they arise. * Adept at consultative selling & up-selling, and a commercial mindset to identify such opportunities.
