Job Description
Description: EG are looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Digital Marketing Manager with extensive ability to maximise the performance of organic and paid digital marketing activity. Adept in creating innovative integrated digital marketing strategies that result increased brand awareness, audience engagement, enquiries and brand advocacy. This role will report into the CMO and is accountable for industry leading, international digital marketing initiatives, that deliver an uplift in EG, Radius, Property Link and Valuations360 sales leads. Job Responsibilities: Digital ecosystem strategy Devise, plan and optimise a fully integrated digital marketing ecosystem that creates visibility, international engagement, advocacy and generates sales leads. Measure performance and apply insights to optimise digital ecosystem. Digital marketing Plan and set-up integrated planning and execution of organic and paid digital marketing campaigns. Measure and optimise performance to maximise international engagement, encourage unique visits to owned content and channels, capture audience data in the CRM and maximise CTR to generate leads. Website & SEO Own and maintain a programme of continual content enhancement, link building, integration with CRM and content optimisation to maximise visibility and SEO performance of the EG and Property Link websites. Develop and drive a data-led, scalable, creative SEO content strategy to capture search demand throughout the user-journey. Social media and social selling In collaboration with a group of marketing managers and editors responsible for posting social media, this role will direct the creation and execution of the social media strategy for customer acquisition and advocacy across all social media platforms. Inform and oversee social strategies and their implementation, organic and paid targeting campaigns to increase following, performance, likes, reamplification and advocacy. Digital optimisation Apply a robust data and insight methodology to inform digital strategy; investment; activity set-up; performance; tracking; attribution; automation; optimisation and post-campaign analysis reporting. Financial management Inform, manage and own annual digital marketing budgets and investment to fulfil a programme of activity that maximises year on year ROI, increases unique visitors across the EG website. Experience A minimum of 5 years' experience in digital marketing roles Experience in delivering organic and paid digital marketing strategy to drive improvements in qualitative and quantitative business metrics. E.g. SEO (branded and unbranded); keyword optimisation; paid media (audience targeting, PPC, display advertising; social, Google paid ad suite); CRM integration; email and mobile marketing Experience of managing and optimising owned digital channels (website; social; email marketing and associated marketing tools) Experience in planning and setting up digital marketing campaigns, measuring performance, extracting relevant insights to optimise future activity to meet objectives A proven track record of executing creative and innovative digital marketing strategies, that generate engagement and meet results Ability to work swiftly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Tech savvy, capable of working with Content Management and CRM systems Speed and accuracy with attention to detail A manager with experience of successfully inspiring others, developing and growing colleagues' abilities A real team player with strong people skills and the ability to quickly forge great working relationship Enthusiastic and interested in learning and developing personal skills High standards in report writing & presenting skills Highly motivated, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to provide concise feedback and direction to internal and external stakeholders Organised with the ability to multi-task with ease Competencies Strategic thinking Judgement and analytical thinking Skilled with tech tools and platforms (especially free tools) Analysis of quantifiable metrics Teamwork Resilience and drive Planning and organised Agility Business and commercially aware This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced senior digital marketing manager to join a highly reputable business that encourages career progression and offers excellent rates of pay along with company benefits.
