Key to this strategy is our API platform which will serve our internal and external partners. We are looking for passionate, driven person to join a high energy and growing team to make a difference in customers' experience and who want to be on the ground floor of digital innovation that aims to reinvent what how we partners with our customers The Sr. Product Manager will work closely with external and internal teams and bring APIs as a product mindset into the enterprise. This role will deliver value for customers and business by managing the product development process to bring new APIs to market by collaborating with external and internal stakeholders, aligning with leadership, and managing project scope and timelines. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Responsibilities % Time) 1. Collaborate with technical teams to drive execution - Partner with project teams for maintenance and maturity of platform and development portal in this hands-on role driving products from inception to implementation. Participate in production releases, troubleshoot issues and report metrics and KPIs necessary for success of the API program. (40%) 2. Enable BU capabilities on new platform creating value with nimble and easy to use APIs - Work closely with our business team and educate them to develop products with an API product Mindset. Help identify business value, understand required use cases and capabilities, and help translate these into product requirements. (30%) 3. Support 3rd party API integrations - Engage with partnerships and external 3rd parties for use case exploration, prioritization of backlog features with BUs, support from start to Go live and resolve issues reported. (20%) 4. Participate in privacy/legal/security sessions ensuing the APIs and platform is built with relevant standards (10%) Customer Focus Data-Driven Decision-Making & Analysis Go to Market & Product Marketing Lifecycle Strategy & Commercial Acumen Technical Skills Competencies: Personal Capability Solves Problems and Analyses Issues Innovates Collaboration and Teamwork Builds Relationships Inspires and motivates others to high performance Critical Experiences: Long-term ownership and success in leading product lifecycle strategy and planning, including the release of multiple products and features. Development of deep customer relationships that drive meaningful dialogue about the future direction of a product. Demonstrable experience in working/managing APIs Education to Qualify: Graduate level degree, or equivalent coursework and experience, in the relevant domain (e.g. law, science), business, human-technology interaction, or other appropriate discipline that is relevant to the product and industry.
