The EMEA Enterprise Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, execution and reporting of marketing programs that would deliver revenue and market share growth for Western Digital Enterprise portfolio. You will manage marketing programs and communications to and through channel partners (Distributors, Resellers, System Integrators) as well as the lead generation, alliance engagement, awareness campaigns and events for channel and B2B End-users. A successful candidate will own the Western Digital Enterprise strategy for EMEA, working in close collaboration with business development, regional marketing and sales, partner marketing, marketing communications and PR/Social. This role will report to the EMEA Commercial Marketing Lead and will be a part of the WDC EMEA Marketing organization. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop Business and Product Strategies for WDC Enterprise Portfolio in line with company Goals. Manage Marketing programs & activities that will help achieve sales targets, volume, and market share by developing effective marketing programs for Distributor, VAR & SI accounts in support of these goals. Closely collaborate with regional marketing leads to drive effective marketing programs through local partners. Develop demand generation, lead generation & awareness programs for Enterprise End-user customers. Manage the Marketing Coordination of all trade shows, sales trainings, marketing collaterals, incentive programs. Coordinate regional product launches in alignment with Business Development, Product marketing and other marketing and sales functions. Complete special projects, reports & analysis as needed. Develop and maintain productive relationships with all channel partners, agencies, alliance partners and WDC sales, business development, product marketing, marcom, business operations, and PR staff. Responsible for reporting management & reporting of programs, including ROI. Administer overall PA management system for region if necessary, also coordination with various agencies and customers for activities conducted across various regions. Initiate purchase orders for all managed programs. Hold and conduct weekly review on programs with cross-functional business development groups. Prepare and present an in-depth quarterly analysis of all programs, ROI and revenue and share growth achievements REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent. 5+ years business experience in Channel, Enterprise or B2B High tech Marketing English - native speaker or Fluent PREFERRED: Enterprise or B2B High tech experience preferred. Involvement in marketing-oriented projects strongly preferred. Proven success in packaging and driving delivery of partner marketing programs with measurable pipeline generation and revenue contribution Proven success in packaging and driving delivery of partner marketing programs with measurable pipeline generation and revenue contribution A flexible self-starter with the energy and growth mindset to take on different programs and drive execution as needed Agency management experience a plus. Aptitude to understand storage technology. Good knowledge of marketing disciplines. Good knowledge of business plan and marketing plan disciplines. SKILLS: Knowledge and hands-on experience of Salesforce and Marketo Requires excellent communication, presentation and organization skills. Use initiative to proactively identify opportunities and issues. Conduct business in ethical manner. Develops and maintains effective working relationships with others. Speak effectively one-on-one and in small group situations. Ability to multi-task, priorities and manage time effectively. Must be an independent and adaptive team player. Ability to effectively communicate to internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Ability to handle pressure and diverse issues simultaneously. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
