Job Description
Business Title: Artwork Coordinator Auto req ID: 9579BR Country: United Kingdom Overall Job Summary: The Artwork Coordinator project manages the packaging artwork critical path for several food categories while also supporting other Project Managers to deliver within agreed timelines. Job Responsibilities: Working closely with the Onsite Account Manager and Marks & Spencer category team to plan and book in future projects and new ranges. Creating job briefs, booking in jobs, briefing teams and prioritisation of briefs working closely with the Studio Manager to ensure the right resource is mapped against each range and timescales are met. Workflow Management - Efficiently planning projects, identifying project milestones, coordinating workloads and managing day to day production schedules through the internal studio team. Building and managing relationships with suppliers and printers, providing continuous support, guidance and advice where appropriate. Resolving queries raised by suppliers, printers and studio in a timely manner to prevent hold-ups or delays with artwork.
