Job Description As Web content specialist, you will administer the implementation of content on Ubisoft Brand Web page (your will cover all Ubisoft Brand) and maintain the quality of those pages for the best player experience. Based in the EMEA Consumer Relationship Centre in Newcastle (UK) directly in contact with the community team and reporting on a daily basis to the Live Operations Manager Community, the role will report to the EMEA Web production team in Paris. You will join an international and culturally diverse team of community experts that share our passion for original and memorable games & strong values. You will work in close collaboration with Ubisoft teams across the organisation including but not limited to: Web Production, community, Marketing , support, etc. Your mission: - Design and structure web articles within CMS tool. - Coordinate and project manage localisation of web content (with local language expert). - Maintain high quality content, across languages, in close collaboration with Community Team - Implement Search Optimisation in collaboration with web team. - Optimise web content for easy readability and in line with brand image. - Optimise images and assets for web use. - Closely collaborate with multiple departments across Ubisoft - Publish content in line with embargo time & publication calendar. - Advise and provide insights for web content publishing practices across CRC. - Provide insights on content performance. Qualifications Minimum - You have experience with CMS and web publishing (Contentful a plus) and knowledge in HTML - You have a good understanding on web analytics and SEO questions - Ability to present complex data in an easy to read format. - Collaboration is your second nature - You have outstanding communication skills and are a relationship builder - Your experience allows you to developed skills in organizing, planning, and facilitate project - You are native English or French (with a strong level in English). - Video games industry has no secret for you. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines during high pressure periods. Nice to have - Knowledge of another European language a plus - Knowledge in Javascript is a plus - Knowledge of Photoshop - Knows Jira is a plus Additional Information Permanent full time role, located in Newcastle upon Tyne (UK).
