Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Neonatal Services at North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust. We are looking for a Ward Manager for our busy Level 2 (LNU) Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Peterborough City Hospital. Our Neonatal Unit has 20 cots and cares for babies born at 27 weeks gestation or greater, with a well -established Transitional Care unit. We are seeking to appoint an experienced and motivated individual who is passionate about leading and delivering a quality service to meet the needs of our local population. You must be an experienced senior nurse, with excellent leadership skills and should demonstrate expert communication and the ability to manage conflicting demands. The successful applicant will be highly knowledgeable, innovative and play a pivotal role in the ongoing development and improvement of neonatal services at North West Anglia Foundation Trust.
