Job Description
Position - Service Manager Location - Tonbridge Salary - £30,000pa Hours - 39/week, a 7 day rota with occasional weekends and some late evenings About the company - This is a not-for-profit business who provide care to adults with learning disabilities. They employ around 2000 members of staff across the UK and support over 750 people. About the Service - This is a 5 bed supported living establishment where service users benefit from an active past time such as swimming, horse riding, visiting the cyclo park, walks in the local community, visiting shops, cafés and restaurants and parks. It is ideally located 1 mile from the nearest train station in a beautiful rural area. Type of person required - The ideal candidate will have worked in a challenging behaviour environment and share the same company values such as: the importance of treating people with respect, delivering high quality care and taking pride in their job. Experience and qualifications - You will need experience of managing a staffed team within a social care setting. Full UK Manual Driving licence and access to own car.
