Customer Service Advisor 18k (8 Month Fixed Term Contract) Astley Slight shift pattern - 7.30am earliest start, 6pm latest finish (37.5 hour working week) on a rota basis - No Weekends Our client is looking for a person to join their Customer Service Team initially on a 8-month basis with a strong chance of a permanent role thereafter. The role will involve: - Key Responsibilities Answering the phone from customers, dealing with queries in a polite and professional manner Responding to customer queries, dealing with issues and providing relevant information Prioritising customer issues, escalating calls to management or other departments when required Admin duties, such as processing contracts generated by the Sales Team and other elements of sales admin Send your CV ASAP for immediate interviews and start.
