Our Senior Digital Marketing Manager is a strategic leadership opportunity, responsible for overall digital strategy and delivery across the FABRICA portfolio; delivering stand-out and relevant digital marketing content and high performing campaigns that inspire and nurture our customer base to drive sales and profitable growth across the FABRICA brand, in addition to: Providing the business with expert guidance on the most appropriate digital plan Lead, manage and develop the digital team Give strategic insight underpinned by analytics and translating into meaningful data for the rest of the business Oversee multiple projects, with budgets ranging from 100k to 6m per project, managing and co-ordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders Shape the digital strategy to target, reach and engage with new audiences Select and implement the best systems, technology and partnerships to enable constant testing, measurement and optimisation of our digital advertising channels and campaigns. Accountable for digital marketing budgets and ensuring costs are forecast for the life of all developments Our environment is dynamic and challenging, that's why you'll have experience of leading digital strategy in a fast paced, commercially driven organisation. You'll be an expert on digital trends and digital best practice and emerging technology Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects Experience of managing, coaching and developing a team Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage and convert Ability to juggle multiple projects with multiple stakeholders Experience of managing budgets and forecasting costs for projects Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for different audiences This is your chance to inspire every customer, joining our rapidly growing team to continue our success in selling quality homes.
