Job Description
Technical business analyst is required to join a leading specialist tech firm based in London. The company have created a highly complex technology centric product which has started to revolutionise the market and are looking for someone with strong technical acumen to come on board and work closely with technology teams and internal and external stakeholders and customers. The company are looking for a technical business analyst who has excellent understanding of highly complex data driven products. Stakeholder managements skills will also be important, managing stakeholders in high pressured environments and logically breaking these down to communicate with the development team. This role sits with technology but you will also be heavily involved with the engagement of the clients, ensuring buy-in from the top level down. As a technical business analyst within this company you will gain a tonne of exposure across technology and the business side. Responsibilities: * Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyse information needs and functional requirements and deliver any artefacts as needed * Become the subject matter expert within the product's domain and act when required as the subject matter expert to the development team * Participate with the development team in determining solutions to problems that consider timeliness, effectiveness, and practicality in addressing client needs * Provide sufficient clarity to the development team of longer-term requirements to allow sufficient consideration of architectural choices with current requirements * Serve as the conduit between the customer community and the development team through which requirements flow, facilitating direct dialogue between customers and technical resources when appropriate or required Skills: * Demonstrable experience as a technical Business Analyst covering the full project life cycle of a complex product. * Experience working with onsite development teams. * Analytical and process-based skills, i.e. process flow diagrams, business & process modelling, data analysis * Strong Stakeholder management skills including proven business engagement * Ability to work across SDLC and work effectively with technical teams
