Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Ruthven Functional Older Adult ward. This post has a split of 60% clinical / 40 % managerial although there will be some flexibility regarding this. Ruthven functional Older Adult ward currently provides assessment/ treatment for people experiencing acute mental illness from all areas of North Highland. This post will have the opportunity to influence the current Older Adult review. Knowledge of Adults with Incapacity / Guardianship essential. The postholder should be educated to degree level, or able to demonstrate appropriate development in this field of work, and have a minimum of 5 years post registration experience. Currently this role is 5 days a week , mainly office hours, however the need for flexibility and willingness to do shift work is an essential component of this post.
