RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Senior Manager you will be responsible for establishing a Legal Project Management (LPM) consultancy offering including system implementation best practice, certification and qualifications as well as training, upskilling and overseeing LPM practitioners. * Assessing an organization from a strategy, people, process, technology, data and risk/cost/benefit perspective * Developing and implementing innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness of client organizations * Leading and collaborating with internal and client resource teams and applying firm standards and processes to deliver on time and within budget * Communicating status with the client and internal leadership, ensuring satisfactory delivery of solutions * Assisting in development of junior staff * Assisting with the growth of the practice REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 8 years' experience in Legal Project Management sector, including commercial and pricing negotiations * Corporate and private practice experience preferable * Project and program management * Strong oral and written communication skills * Demonstrated ability to develop staff * Demonstrated ability to generate revenue * Ability to multi-task, be flexible and demonstrate patience in a fluid environment * Travel up to 70% In order to be considered for a position at Duff & Phelps, you must formally apply via careers.duffandphelps.jobs Duff & Phelps is committed to equal opportunity and diversity, and recruits people based on merit.
