Job Description
Warehouse Manager Peterborough Circa £45,000+ Are you an experienced and passionate Warehouse Manager looking for an exciting new role? This is a temp to perm contract. Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for an Experienced Warehouse Manager to work with one of our well-established and very successful client based in Peterborough. This is a new role for the business due to growth and continued success. Our client is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to help improve the entire warehouse function and continue to drive the business forward. Principle Responsibilities for the Warehouse Manager :- * To manage the internal warehouse function, including cross over from manufacturing, and external 3PL relationships. * To implement new processes to streamline the entire warehouse operation, improving productivity and efficiency. * Help with the implementation of new WMS (Chess Empirica) * Complete responsibility of the warehouse team. * Warehouse P+L responsibility, negotiation of 3PL contracts and costs, resource planning. Person specification:- * Previous proven success in implementing processes and procedures. * Experience with implementing new WMS. * Ability to work in a fast paced and changeable environment. * Must have excellent decision-making skills and the ability to deal with difficult situations head on * A high level of IT skills, proficient in Microsoft office to include Microsoft Excel * Be able to prioritise, plan and organise workloads whilst in a busy environment * Good communication and inter personnel skills This is a full time temp (3-6 month) to permanent Warehouse Manager position, Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday as needed. On offer is an annual salary of circa £45,000+ DOE plus annual company benefits to include, company bonus, 21 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, pension scheme, discount scheme on all company products and free car parking.
