The opportunity Be a part of our project management consultancy business that spans our five global hubs, where you can oversee work for world leading organisations across the public and private sectors. This role is required to provide benchmarking, conceptual estimating and strategic cost advice to a global pharmaceutical client during early project stages to support project funding requests. Your responsibilities will include: * Managing the reconciliation of the capital and expense actuals with budgets. * Developing revised forecasts as required for all projects accountable to the business unit. * Tracking capital spend for all projects accountable to the business unit. * Processing invoices for vendors and third party suppliers. * Supporting the process of resolving payment issues for vendors and third party suppliers. * Providing assistance in compiling and updating financial data for the annual strategic plan and business unit annual capital budget. * Supporting the development of payment review, controls and sign-off procedures for all financial management activities within the business unit. * Conducting feasibility studies and writing strategic reports. * Calling off estimating, planning, audit and cost planning activities as necessary. * Coordinating additional resources as required across the business unit.
