Overview The role: We are seeking a proactive team player with excellent communication skills to manage and take responsibility of monitoring and resolution of issues relating to key systems linked to EPOS.com (Electronic Point Of Sale), platform, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system (SAP), warehouse integration system and any new systems that the business implement for Molton Brown. In this role you will take ownership of SAP related tasks to ensure process are followed and done in a accurate and timely fashion as well as participate along side senior OTC (Over the Counter) Analyst in business initiatives and projects. This is a fixed term contract for 18 months. What you will do: * Monitoring and resolution of issues relating to:EPOS and Hybris order and stock feed into SAP, UK and US SAP iDoc errors (Hybris, EPOS, customer EDI, 3PL).Blocked UK and US orders (pricing and stock) -EPOS related. OVC and Hybris related order/invoice errors in SAP. Blocked B2B/inter company orders in SAP due to pricing errors. Auto receipt process. Order not shipped or received by 3PL's. * Work with central DMG & direct Merchandising team to ensure B2B price list, as well as inter company pricing is setup accurately and on a timely manor and be the liaison for the business with queries from an SAP perspective. * Own generation of business reporting across key KPI's as identified by the business, ensure they are maintained and are accurate at all times. Ensure testing and validation of new/modified reports. Including consolidation of channel budgets into SAP and Zoined. * Own setup and testing of new stores in SAP as well as setup of SAP material rules, e.g. customer EDI, non-MI products by warehouse, customer setup in SAP, customer pricing (mainly by product). * Be process and testing expert in SAP integration projects, e.g. new EPOS and new integrations coming on board. * Setup of product RRP's in SAP, for feeding into OVC and flagging materials in SAP to be fed to OVC. * Ad hoc task related to system analysis as well as system maintenance via business queries. What you will need: * Graduates preferable * Previous experience of systems analysis of 1 year or OTC experience within a brand-driven business preferable * Experience in global business and/or health & beauty sector would be an advantage * Experience in SAP would be necessary * Microsoft office competence and advanced excel level are essential * Demonstrable consumer focus * Excellent analytical and communication skills * Ability to communicate and influence across a cross-section of disciplines and staff level * Strong academics, highly numerate and able to identify trends * Must be a highly organised, motivated and determined individual. Flexible, adaptable and organised * Demonstrable affinity with the Molton Brown brand.
