Line of Service Tax Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism Employment Tax Management Level Senior Associate Job Description & Summary A career within Corporate Tax services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients meet their tax obligations while managing the impact tax has on their business. You'll advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis, managing working capital, and profit sharing for partners. You'll also help organisations understand the pricing implications of goods and services between related parties, as well as providing advice on tax implications of deals. Our team helps our clients improve their tax function to control risk and facilitate better decision making. You'll focus on helping businesses with tax strategy, ensuring tax compliance, increasing post tax profits, and providing application support to achieve the best corporate tax practices. Your tasks * You will provide tax consulting services to Swiss and international clients. * You will advise on foreign expansion and structuring of new business. * You will work on IP migration strategies. * You will deepen your expertise in regular tax advice, tax planning and structuring, and in mergers and acquisitions, etc. * You will identify additional areas of service to offer to clients. * You will work in a diversified, international environment covering multiple service areas and industries individually as well as in your team. * You will develop your leadership skills working in high performing teams with committed staff. Your profile * You have a degree in economics, business or law (the bar exam would be an asset). * You have 5 to 6 years proven experience in international corporate tax. * You speak fluent French and English. * You will take on responsibility as a leader of teams or in areas of expertise * You will have a consulting and team-oriented mindset and take on responsibility for your projects.
