Social Worker - Children In Need Team - Capped Caseloads - North London Due to recent funding that this local authority has received and internal promotions, NonStop Care is working with an authority that has a number of social worker positions available. Most workers stay in the authority for a long time. The Managers in the Child in Need team are permanent members of staff, providing stability within the service. You will not have to worry about managers leaving, making it easier for you to forge a working relationship with colleagues. Within the Children in Need team the caseloads are capped, the authority aims cases to be at 20, allowing social workers more time to focus on their cases in depth, giving you the opportunity to make a difference. Please apply for this position if you are a Social Worker with experience in Children in Need, Child Protection and Court Work. You must also have a Social Work Degree, a Social Worker England registration and a driving license.
