Job Description
Care Home Manager Chipping Campden Salary: c£65,000 per annum + 20% discretionary bonus An experienced nurse manager (with NMC nursing PIN) is required to lead a diverse team providing nursing and residential care of the very highest standard for up to 45 elderly residents at a care home in Chipping Campden. The home, which is part of an established and highly respected corporate healthcare group, offers high quality facilities for residents whilst retaining a warm and homely atmosphere. The home provides a full range of specialist nursing, residential and dementia care and has recently been rated good by the CQC. The successful candidate will have proven experience as a care home manager and will be nurse qualified, preferably with a current pin. Experience of working within a corporate structure will be an advantage. Essential skills and attributes include: * Outstanding team leadership skills * NMC nursing PIN * A hands-on approach to management * An excellent knowledge of CQC compliance requirements * Good relationships with local care professionals * Marketing skills * Financial awareness A salary in the region of £65,000 per annum is available to the right candidate, plus a discretionary annual bonus of up to 20% of salary.
