Job Description

Care Home Manager Bristol Salary: c£55,000 per annum + bonus An experienced nurse manager is required to lead a diverse team providing nursing and residential care of the very highest standard for up to 67 elderly residents at a care home in the St George district of Bristol. The home, which is part of an established and highly respected corporate healthcare group, offers high quality facilities for residents whilst retaining a warm and homely atmosphere. The home provides a full range of specialist nursing, residential and dementia care and has recently been rated good by the CQC. The successful candidate will have proven experience as a care home manager and will be nurse qualified, preferably with a current pin. Experience of working within a corporate structure will be an advantage. Essential skills and attributes include: * Outstanding team leadership skills * A hands-on approach to management * An excellent knowledge of CQC compliance requirements * Good relationships with local care professionals * Marketing skills * Financial awareness A salary in the region of £55,000 per annum is available to the right candidate, plus a discretionary annual bonus of up to 20% of salary.
