Job Description

The job: The Technician will be working within the cell culture testing laboratory. Prepare and test diagnostic products, reagents and intermediates using SOPs and testing documentation ensuring they meet performance specifications and GMP standards. Key technical product knowledge will include cell culture techniques. What will you do? * Ensure day to day testing demands are met, on time and in full (OTIF) through effective delivery of the team manufacturing schedule * Be responsible for initial troubleshooting of non-conforming testing results * Be responsible for the quality of output, completed documentation and ensure quality standards are maintained * Ensure accurate documentation of deviations in line with the Quality Management System * Comply with all SAP transactions on work performed and be responsible for controlling inventory Who we are looking for: experience, skills & abilities Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: * Educated to A level or above and proven experience in working within a GMP facility * Demonstrable experience of being a good team player with the ability to motivate and support delivery of the team * Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organisational skills Shift Pattern: 08:00 - 16:00; Wednesday - Sunday About us: As the world leader in serving science, our work is more than something that fills our days.
