Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for Registered Mental Health Nurses who aspire to work in a changing and evolving inpatient service. The services provide care and treatment for a wide range of psychiatric conditions. You will receive a comprehensive induction package and supportive educational development including Flying Start for newly registered staff. We are committed to participate in the Mentorship programme, staff supervision and personal development. As a clinician you will join a service that is committed to multi-disciplinary team working with strong links to both inpatient and community services. You will be responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care. The shift pattern of the inpatient service covers 24 hours over 7 days and there will be an expectation that successful candidates will rotate on to night duty.
