Do you love process, working out how business processes weave from one department to another to another to another (you get the idea) and enabling the complex to become simple? If so, we might just have your dream role Our client sells things online, they also sell things in shops all around the world, sometimes, the items their clients buy online - or in the shop - need to be returned to the same place they bought it from or the other one - this is known as Omni Channel Returns and Warranties - we don't expect you to be expert in this now but given a few months of digging around and building out process flows and using the Salesforce toolset you soon will be. This role gives you an opportunity for you to really make your mark on an area and own it. ROLE: Product Owner - Omni Channel, Returns and Warranties LOCATION: Tamworth with regular global travel SALARY: £31,000 - £50,000 DOE yearly salary increments, workplace pension, 5 weeks holiday 8 bank holidays, death in service, long service reward, paternity, maternity and adoption pay, bike to work scheme, sick pay, discounted gym membership, bike to work, shopping & travel discounts, confidential advice and support and more to discuss.
