Job Description

The post holder will work as part of a dynamic Facilities Senior Management team in supporting and enabling the continuing transformation to a high-quality modern department with new approaches in the provision of Facilities services to our internal and external customers. To champion the development of processes and systems in the department with particular emphasis on exploiting digital and system technologies, process automation and lean thinking to streamline activity and improve efficiency. Lead on the development of the Facilities Single Point of Contact Helpdesk (SPOC), developing or maximising the use of existing technologies and systems that will enable the department to work more efficiently. Support the Head of Facilities in driving a culture of turning data into useable information in order to support smart decision making and service improvement. Will utilise their specialist knowledge of systems improvement to lead on the development, implementation and evaluation of systems projects across the Facilities department.
