Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Partner Marketing Programs Manager to support enabling and activating our EMEA partner community at scale to execute with and through partner demand generation across EMEA. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an incredibly fast-growing business across multiple markets. The ideal candidate will have creative marketing ideas to combine with extensive analytic and data-driven customer demand generation experience. Ability to effectively communicate with some of the most agile technology companies in the industry, including both technical and non-technical audiences is critical. You should be detail-oriented and organized, capable of handling multiple projects at once, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities. In the Senior Partner Marketing Manager role, you will develop and deliver both "to partner" and "through partner" marketing programs to support the growth objectives of activating and scale partner led demand generation with our partner community across EMEA. Key responsibilities include: Job Responsibilities: - You will own the "to partner" marketing program plan with responsibility for building the program strategy to activate our EMEA partner community to support scale partner led demand generation strategy with AWS - Manage the EMEA Partner Marketing Concierge - AWS APN Virtual Partner Marketing Manager (VPMM) service to our partner community in support Partner Led demand generation activities - Execute campaign toolkits for each GTM offerings Framework enabling easy execution via Scale programs, including working with Enterprise workload Partner marketing lead and SMB Partner Marketing lead to support partner led scale demand gen with relevant partner community. - Manage local partner marketing agency resources to deliver partner marketing programs to the partner ecosystem at scale. - Work directly with Field Partner Marketing Managers to ensure Partner marketing programs are reviewed and developed with regional requirements to support scale partner led demand gen strategies across EMEA. - Monitor and support partner utilization of MDF and enable appropriate spend of MDF on marketing initiatives including being an expert resource on process, guidelines and options for partners. - Monitor opportunities registered by partners via ACE (PSQL's) to measure success of partner led campaign via partner marketing programs (including partner marketing concierge) - Act as the primary marketing contact for Partner Marketing Programs across EMEA including collaboration with stakeholders across partner sales, field marketing and field partner marketing including regular participation in team calls, in-person meetings and planning sessions. - Drive Interlock and alignment with Global Partner Marketing team to ensure that Partner Marketing programs amplify the AWS marketing priorities across EMEA and enable scaling of Global Partner marketing programs through partners - Managing distribution of central partner marketing program budget and resources across EMEA region in collaboration with field and global partner marketing teams and in alignment with EMEA objectives - Responsible for developing measurement and reporting of central program outputs in alignment with global and EMEA field marketing goals
