Delivering a fantastic, personalised service to all of our customers is no mean feat. And it falls to our Operations Managers to inspire and lead a team of passionate colleagues to do exactly that. As one of our Operations Managers, you'll be coaching and encouraging a team of Customer and Trading Managers in one of our larger supermarkets. You'll be a champion of change, and will drive consistently brilliant standards to create an environment where everyone is working and winning as one team. You'll be a role model for our values, and lead your team to do the right thing for all of our customers, offering direction whilst encouraging your team to develop their own leadership style. We'll also look to you to provide operational excellence, stepping in to lead the store in the Store Managers absence, and making decisions that make it easy for our customers day in, day out. In an atmosphere brimming with positivity and passion, you'll make things happen at pace, getting smart with tech and encouraging a real sales culture. Along with the Store Manager, you'll ensure your store really performs and serves as a safe, welcoming environment for all. Whilst you don't need to have specific qualifications to join us in this role, you do need to bring a positive attitude. You'll be passionate about putting customers at the heart of everything, inspiring others to do the same. You'll be comfortable analysing all types of data and able to deal with trading demands. You'll bring strong prioritisation and planning skills to deliver targets, and overall you'll bring lots of personality and passion to the role.
