Job Description

Full Stack Developer (.NET), Manchester thinkFolio is an enterprise order management and portfolio modeling system that brings transparency to the detailed cash flows that compose each investment. thinkFolio requires an experienced Angular8/Typescript with strong C# skillset, Web technologies & SQL Server skills who will work as part of a small team. thinkFolio is embarking on a multi-year expansion and require a developer to push cloud native development forward with Angular8/Typescript and related new technologies. The developer will be writing gRPC/REST APIs, Angular8/Typescript, server push and will be responsible for designing and developing the solution for a cloud native system. Key Skills: + Angular8/Typescript + C# / .NET Core + REST API's + SQL Server Front-Office Workflows Supported + Portfolio modeling - From benchmark comparisons and portfolio targeting to modeling the impact of early bond repayments, changes in equity yields, currency fluctuations and interest-rate shocks + Trading - A transparent real-time workflow between traders and fund managers with an open, vendor-neutral approach and broad connectivity to EMS systems, trading networks and venues + Cash and FX management - A sophisticated cash ladder covering multiple asset classes and currencies, enabling fund managers to view future cash amounts across accounts, including redemptions, unsettled trades and other cash flows + Compliance - An integrated compliance engine that enables firms to perform both pre-trade checks and post-trade analysis to ensure adherence to client guidelines, regulatory requirements and in-house mandates Key benefits + Detailed investment analysis - Monitor all factors that influence investment returns by focusing on individual cash flows and modeling the impact of different scenarios + Efficient workflows - Streamline investment workflows and allow portfolio managers, traders and compliance teams to work together, ensuring key decision-makers are aligned + Ease of integration - Use thinkFolio's flexible and extensible architecture to integrate into existing environments.
